Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time
Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut off time will be 10:00 PM (GMT-08:00) North America Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order?
You can only cancel or change your order within three hours of placing it as we are unable to make any changes to your order after this time; as our warehouse team begins processing orders within minutes of placing your order. If you placed your order in error or do not want the items, you can send your order back to us through the returns process.
Returns / Exchanges
Exchanges/refunds are available within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please make sure you check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
In order to return a return, you must meet the following conditions:
1.Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery date.
2.The item must be in unused, unworn, and resalable condition.
3.The item must be returned in its original packaging.
4.We are unable to refund your original or return postage charges unless the product is defective/incorrect.

Duties & Taxes
We currently support shipping to the United States and Canada, it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure the product can be imported into the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees, which are assessed upon arrival in the recipient's country.
Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable: therefore, shipments rejected due to unexpected import charges, total order fees including original shipping charges, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance is required, this may cause delays beyond our originally estimated delivery time. Normal customs clearance time is 1 working day.
To avoid delays in receiving your order from customs, we strongly recommend:
Provide a phone number so customs can contact you when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can contact you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding customs duties and/or tax liability charges. Please note that most carriers will hold the shipment for 5 days after it arrives in your country before abandoning or returning it to the sender.

Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.
In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Halloice reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, CanadaPost or DHL, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Halloiceis not liable for lost packages.
If you encounter any fulfillment issues with your order, you have 30 days from delivery date to contact us to request a resolution.
